The Spinn Off, Stockport

Located on Stockport Underbanks The Spinn Off is a neighbourhood bar which focuses on independent craft beers, quality organic wines and locally sourced handmade pies. The Team behind The Spinn Off are known in the Stockport area as they already own a bar & kitchen in Gatley. Scott and Adam told us “it is great to be part of all the regeneration happening in this area – that is why we wanted to invest and be part of the positive change”. 

The bar itself is small and intimate but due to the extension of outside seating placed amongst the historic Underbanks The Spinn off has a very Northern Quarter vibe. The use of open brick, market style seating and selection of locally sourced independent beers/wines ties together that pop up style atmosphere. The wine selection is curated by Stockport Market’s wine maestro Wineboy and the pies are brought in from Stockport’s Patel’s Pies. It is clear there is a huge focus on working with local producers and it is great to see local businesses partnering up and supporting each other.
